Duly Health and Care is a leading multi-specialty physician group in Illinois, known for its physician-governed model and commitment to innovation, efficiency, and compassionate care. Formerly DuPage Medical Group, Duly was established through the merger of three healthcare groups serving Chicago’s western suburbs and has since grown to include over 1,000 physicians across more than 100 locations. This training module introduces agents to Duly’s mission of empowering patients through proactive, quality-driven care and preparing them for the growing shift toward Medicare Advantage and value-based care models.
